Ruth Moreau

Ruth M. Moreau, 89, of Hudson, MA, formerly of Lincoln, RI, died on Friday, January 3, 2025, at her residence. 

Ruth was born in Attleboro, MA, daughter of the late William Callahan Sr. and Christina (Smith) Callahan. Ruth spent many years employed as an Administrative Assistant at the CVS Pharmacy Headquarters in Woonsocket, RI. She has resided in Hudson the past 10 years with her daughter Lisa.

Ruth is survived by her 2 sons, David Moreau and his wife Donna of Georgia, Stephen Moreau of Rhode Island; 2 daughters, Lisa Lee Davidson of Hudson, MA and Linda Pereira of Rhode Island. She also leaves her grandchildren; her great grandchildren along with other relatives and close friends. She was predeceased by her 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

Ruth devoted most of her life to raising her children and caring for their home. She enjoyed collecting Hummels and in her spare time crocheting. She loved all animals but cherished her Yorkie-Poo “Bella” who she loved caring for. Most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially later with the grandchildren. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten by those who loved and knew her.

Ruth’s family will honor her wishes and gather privately to celebrate her life. Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home, 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA is honored to be assisting the family with arrangements.
