Scott J. Ducey, 42, of Hudson, died on Thursday, Dec. 3rd at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
Scott is survived by his two brothers, Herbert Ducey Jr. and his wife Shawn of Berlin and Russell Ducey of Hudson. He is also survived by his niece, Julia Ducey of Berlin and his uncle, Norman MacLean of Marlboro.
Scott was born in Marlboro, son of the late Herbert Sr. and Laura (MacLean) Ducey and was a life long resident of Hudson. He attended local schools and was a 1986 graduate of Hudson High School. Scott had many hobbies which he enjoyed and his love of electronics included the remote control helicopters and boats he operated during his spare time. He also enjoyed listening to his many favorite musical artists. He will always be remembered as a loving brother, uncle, nephew and friend to all who knew him.
A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, Dec. 7th, at 9:00 a.m. in Saint Michael's Church, 21 Manning Street, Hudson. Burial will follow in Forestvale Cemetery, Hudson. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, Dec. 6th, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749.
