Steven J. Frias 53, died Saturday January 29, 2005 at his home. Born in Santa Maria the Azores, son of the late Antonio J. Frias. Survived by his mother Maria H (Chaves) Frias of Hudson. He leaves his son and daughter Steven Frias and Samantha Frias of Hudson. He leaves seven brothers Antonio Frias, Jose Frias, Manuel Frias, David Frias, Dennis Frias, Armindo Frias, and Gilbert Frias and four sisters Maria DaSilva Rosa Garcia, Lena Reuben of Hudson, and Theresa Frias of Marlboro. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Brother of the late Joao Frias and Isabel Leandres. He was an electrical engineer at Hewlet-Packard in Marlboro. A graduate of Hudson and Northeastern University. He served in the Air force as a sergeant. A member of the Hudson Portuguese Club, Our Lady Fatima Society and St. Michael's Church. His funeral will be held Tuesday February 01, 2005 from the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home Inc. 50 Central St. Hudson with a funeral Mass at 10AM in St. Michaels Church 21 Manning St. Calling hours will be Monday January 31, 2005 from 5-8PM. Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery.
