Terry F. Milot, 75, of Hudson, died on Monday, Oct. 17th at UMass Memorial Hospital in Worcester. He was the beloved husband of 30 years to Donna (Bent) Milot.
Terry was born in Lowell and has resided in both Hudson and Westford during the past 40 years, son of the late Omer J and Marie (Dumont) Milot. Terry was employed by Digital Corp for 30 years as a Planner for Purchasing before his retirement. After retiring he joined the Juniper Hills Golf Course where he worked for the past 13 years.
He leaves his children, Wendy Laine Milot of Franklin, Christopher Terry Milot of Waltham, Tamara Coburn and her husband Stephen of Manchester, NH, Teresa Moran and her husband Michael of Hudson and Linda Milot and her husband Mark of Nashua, NH, his sister Bonnie Joy and her husband Kenneth as well as his mother in law Lorraine Bent. He is also survived by 7 loving grandchildren, Alexander, Zachary, Daniel, Cassandra, Ian, Rebecca and Brianna along with several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Audrey Crowley.
Terry was a fan of all of the Boston sports teams especially the Patriots and the Red Sox. He enjoyed golfing, traveling with his wife, cooking, napping and enjoyed a nice margarita. Most of all Terry enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren who affectionately called him "Grumpy". His loving spirit and kind nature will be missed by all who loved and knew him.
A funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday, Oct. 25th at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel adjacent to the funeral home. Burial will be private at a later date. Family and friends may attend calling hours on Monday, Oct. 24th from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc., 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749 (www.tighehamilton.com).
