Tom L. Wooldridge Jr.-62, of Hudson, MA, died Tuesday, June 13, 2006 at his residence after a courageous battle with cancer.
He is survived by his wife of thirty years Mary E. (Pittl) Wooldridge and his parents
Tom L. Sr. and Jorene (Porterfield) Wooldridge of Texas.
Born in San Antonio, TX, he attended Wright State University of Dayton, OH receiving a masters degree in business and was employed by the U.S. Government, contract office, for eighteen years at Hanscom Airforce Base in Bedford, MA until his retirement four years ago. He was a member of the Grace Baptist Church in Hudson.
Besides his wife he is survived by his children; Rita Adams of Natick, MA, Shaun Walsh of Port Huron, MI and Jason Wooldridge of Fort Lauderdale, FL. He is also survived by three sisters; Rita Chesnut of Dallas, TX, Lynda Ford of Houston, TX, Rebecca Johnson of Blossom, TX, two brothers; Jerry Wooldridge of Houston, TX, Brian Clemmer of Blossom, TX, eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be held Saturday, June 17, 2006 with a funeral service at 10:00 a.m. in the Grace Baptist Church 353 River Road, Hudson MA. Calling hours will be Friday,
June 16, from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749. Burial will be in Forestvale Cemetery, Hudson.
