Toris Kaloustian, 90, of Hudson, died Saturday, April 12 at Marlborough Hills Healthcare Center.
He leaves his beloved wife of 49 years, Mary (Braga) Kaloustian of Hudson.
Born in Hudson, son of the late Manook and Eproche (Keoorkian) Kaloustian, he was a self employed electrician for many years in the Hudson area. He was a veteran of WWII, serving in the U.S. Army. He participated in the Normandy and Rhineland campaigns and was awarded the Purple Heart for injuries sustained in July of 1944.
Besides his wife, he leaves his nephew and niece, Richard and Maggie Bouvier of Gouldsboro, ME; his niece, Patricia Mancinelli of Connecticut; two sisters, Rose Waters of Hudson and Mary Glebus of Marlboro and brother Frank Kaloustian. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews. He was brother to the late Peter, Vohan and Nesses Kaloustian and Madeline Sharkey.
A graveside service with full military honors will be held Wednesday, April 16, at 11:00 a.m. in Forestvale Cemetery, Broad Street, Hudson. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are under the direction of: Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home Inc. 50 Central St. Hudson, MA 01749.
