Walter V. Kochanski, Jr.

Walter V. Kochanski, Jr., 74, a lifelong Hudson, MA resident, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 14, 2021, in Lancaster, with his family by his side.

Walter was born in Framingham, MA, on August 2, 1947, one of 5 children of the late Walter V. and Gemma (Vanzini) Kochanski. He was raised in Hudson, where he attended school and was a member of Christ the King Church and Saint Michael Parish. He was an avid sports fan and also enjoyed watching westerns at his home. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family.

Walter is survived by 4 siblings, Mary Ann Leolis of Hudson, Michael A. Kochanski and his wife Cathy of Leominster, Joseph P. Kochanski of Hudson and Joan Johnson of Florida. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Funeral Service will be held at 11am on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at Saint Michael Cemetery on Cox St. in Hudson, MA. Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home is honored to be assisting with his arrangements.
