Hudson, MA
William R. Hussian, 64, of Hudson, MA, died peacefully at home Thursday, May 11, 2006 with his loving family at his side. He leaves his wife of seventeen years Julie (Stewart) Hussian.
He was born in Framingham, MA, son of the late Varoodjan "Ruby" and Louise (Danahy) Hussian. He was a graduate of Hudson H.S. class of 1958. He retired fom the Digital Corp. in 1992 as a Security Supervisor. William served in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam Conflict and was an active member of the Hudson Amvets. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and Saturday evening Bingo games at the local Boy's Club.
Besides his wife he is survived by his five daughters; Debra Hussian of Hudson, Bonnie Punch and her husband Philip of Natick, Dawn Hamilton and her husband Charles, Linda Varnum and her husband Leroy and Margaret Glynn all of Rumford, ME. He is also survived by his two step-daughters; Kathleen Chaves and her husband Joe of Hudson, Michelle Monteiro of Hudson, one sister; Alicia Belanger of Texas, two step-sisters; Bonnie Potter of Southboro, Sandra Wetherby of Milford, one step-brother; Doug McGilvray of Marlboro, eighteen grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Linda Banker of Hudson who died in 2004 and father-in-law to the late Joe Monteiro of Hudson.
His funeral will be held from the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home Inc, 50 Central St. Hudson, MA 01749 on Monday, May 15, 2006 with a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home celebrated by Chaplain Terrence P. Mcgillicuddy. Calling hours will be Sunday, May 14 from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. in the funeral home. Burial with military honors will take place in Saint Michael Cemetery, Hudson, MA
