William Alan Weiblen, affectionately known as Bill, 79, passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2023 at his residence at Tatnuck Park in Worcester. Born in Brian, OH on May 26, 1944 to William and Ilah (Anderson) Weiblen.
Bill was a dedicated husband to his late wife, Barbara, and cherished his family, church and many friends. He enjoyed travel, music, ballroom dancing and was an avid amateur photographer. He took great joy from his children and grandchildren. Bill's gentle demeanor, compassionate nature and witty humor left an indelible mark, and he will be sorely missed and fondly remembered with gratitude by those whose lives he touched.
Bill is survived by his daughter Laura Wiper and her husband, Jim, son Charles Weiblen and his wife, Jen, and grandchildren William, Ilah, Patrick, Emma, and Gavin, and sisters Carolyn Gelpke and Faith Trapp. He was predeceased by his parents and wife, Barbara.
Family and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday, November 9, 2023 from 6 to 9PM at the Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home, 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 10, 2023 at 11:00 AM in St. John Lutheran Church, 16 Great Road, Sudbury, MA 01776
