Yvonne E. (Scott) Lemire-85, of Hudson, MA , died Thursday, May 24, 2007 at her residence.
She was the wife of the late Euclide Lemire who died in 1995.
She was born in Marlborough, MA daughter of the late Henry and Yvonne (Bergeron) Scott.
She was a graduate of Saint Ann's Academy of Marlborough, class of 1939. She was a former Matron for the Marlborough Police Dept. for many years.
She is survived by her son Richard Lemire of Kingston, NH and daughter Carol Gardner of Buffton, SC. She is also survived by her brother Phillippe Scott of Limerick, ME, 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
A funeral mass will be celebrated Thursday, May 31, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. in Saint Michael's Church 21 Manning street Hudson, MA. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are under the direction of Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. (www.tighehamilton.com.) 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749.
